Franciacorta Wines is sponsoring cruelty! Will they be the next sponsor to drop Milan Fashion Week?

Make it clear animal abuse will not be tolerated by sending an email here.

After Wella and DHL cut ties with the animal abusers at Milan Fashion Week, attention now turns to Franciacorta Wines, who is still choosing to partner with Milan Fashion Week and Camera Nazionale della Moda despite global backlash against their irresponsible leadership and support of the fur industry.

Will Milan Fashion Week continue to lose sponsors, or will it finally make the ethical and responsible decision to ban fur from the runway? The clock is ticking.

Animals on fur farms are confined to tiny cages, exposed to extreme heat and cold, and denied even the most basic comforts. They don’t have the luxury of waiting patiently, the only thing they are waiting for is death. For them, death becomes the only relief from a life of suffering that begins the moment they are born.

They did not choose this. And it is up to us to ensure that future generations of animals are not forced to endure the same cruelty. Industries like this do not end on their own. They end when people demand change.

These companies see only profit. They continue to sponsor organizations like Milan Fashion Week while turning a blind eye to the atrocities waged on animals that are normalized. Animals have no choice, but Franciacorta does. It must cut ties with Milan Fashion Week or urge it to ban fur.

It’s time to pull out all of the stops and hold Franciacorta accountable. The wine brand also partners with companies like Porsche and the Michelin Guide, but do they know Franciacorta is helping to prop up an industry built on skinning animals and imposing immense animal suffering? If they continue to work with Milan Fashion Week, they will also lose partners and support.

Wild animals endure some of the worst cruelty on fur farms, and this continues because companies like Franciacorta enable it by sponsoring those who profit from this atrocity. We must call this out and demand change. The world is moving forward and rejecting fur, yet Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana continues to drag Italian fashion backward by defending an industry built on suffering.

Luckily for us, Franciacorta lists its sponsors and clients on its website. Contact them by clicking here and let them know what kind of company Franciacorta really is.
